The second way is learning the right actions to take in situations where negative emotions usually arise. The next time you face a difficult situation or an unpleasant state, you will know exactly what to do instead of losing control, wasting energy, and getting stuck in negative states of mind.
The third way is reaching a special state in which negative emotions simply do not arise. It is similar to the state induced by antidepressants that completely shut down the ability to experience negative emotions. You will learn how to reach a similar state naturally, but it will be fully controllable and will have no negative side effects.
Thus, the work is carried out simultaneously in three directions:
